Other activities bishop devasahayam has been involved in:

  • Associated with Action groups in India and outside for empowering the marginalised.

  • Travelled over 20 countries, presenting key-note addresses, papers and presentations inn nation and international conferences and seminars on the following subjects:

    theology and religion, Church and mission, liberation theologies with special focus on Dalits, Tribals and Women, inter-religious dialogue, current political affairs in India and outside etc.

  • Involved in contextual interpretation of the Word of God and in speaking on current social and political issues.

The Op Shop

Come and check out our Op Shop!! So many amazing bargains to purchase and we also accept good quality, pre-loved clothing, kitchen ware etc. Our Op Shop opens each week day: Monday - Friday from 9am to 1pm.

Little Saints Playgroup

Little Saints is a welcoming playgroup for children under school and and their adult/s. THIS YEAR WE ARE BACK TO ONE SESSION ON MONDAY MORNINGS.

Monday 9.00-11.00am, for 20 adults and a waiting list thereafter.

Soup Kitchen

Our soup kitchen is now open two nights a week, Monday and wednesday night from 5.30pm for a hot, sit-down meal.

PARISH PANTRY

Open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (except Public Holidays) from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Volunteers hand out food to those in need. Parish Pantry does not operate on Monday or Thursday. Contact 07 3359 2012
